Our stay at the Ameritania was quite an adventure. The service really stood out as the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, helping us through a room mix-up and ensuring we were comfortable. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from Times Square and Central Park. However, there were some hiccups with room sizes, as we dealt with a very cramped initial room before being moved to a much nicer one. Overall, a worthwhile experience with some room for improvement.

The initial room was exceptionally small, making it challenging for two people. Thankfully, after notifying the front desk, we were moved to a much more spacious room with comfortable beds.
